Privacy notice

No Panic PCN collects the information you provide so we can review your parking paperwork, identify the stage of your case, and prepare plain-English support.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, vehicle registration, parking company details, uploaded documents, messages, payment status and internal case notes.

Uploaded documents

Uploaded documents are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket. Admins view documents using short-lived signed URLs. Public access is not enabled.

Payments and email

Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. We only share the minimum information needed for those services to work.

Case history and returning customers

We keep a case history so that, if you return with another letter or court document, we can see what has already been uploaded, assessed, paid for, drafted or sent to you. This may include status history, audit logs, notes and messages.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information where legally appropriate. We may need to retain some records for payment, security, dispute, legal or audit reasons.
