Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how No Panic PCN provides parking paperwork support. By using our website, uploading documents or buying a support product, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

No Panic PCN provides plain-English information, AI-assisted triage, document organisation, template wording, checklists and paperwork support for private parking charge notices, debt letters, letters before action and County Court process paperwork.

2. What we do not provide

We do not act as your solicitor.
We do not conduct litigation for you.
We do not submit documents for you.
We do not contact the court, parking company, appeal body or claimant on your behalf.
We do not represent you in hearings.
We do not guarantee cancellation, success or any particular outcome.

3. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking all information, deciding what action to take, meeting deadlines, submitting documents and paying any charges, fees or judgments where required. You should seek advice from a regulated legal professional if you need formal legal advice or representation.

4. AI-assisted output

Some support may use AI-assisted analysis based on the information you provide and our internal knowledge bank. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and should not be treated as legal advice. You must review everything carefully before relying on it.

5. Uploaded documents and case history

We may keep a case record, including uploaded documents, customer details, payment status, internal notes, messages, deadline information and status history. This helps us understand what has already happened if you return later with another letter or court document.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. A document scan / case snapshot may not include drafting, detailed case analysis or response wording unless clearly stated.

7. Refunds

If you believe there has been a mistake with your payment or service, contact us at support@nopanicpcn.com. Refunds are considered case by case, especially where work has already started or digital output has been provided.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with our website, services, documents, AI-assisted output or support is limited to the amount you paid to No Panic PCN for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
