How it works

Four simple steps from worried to in-control.

  1. Step 1

    Upload your letter

Send us a photo or scan of the paperwork you've received.

  2. Step 2

We identify the stage and deadline

We explain what the document appears to be and what key dates may apply.

  3. Step 3

    You get bullet-point next steps

The snapshot highlights good points, weak points and what is still unclear.

  4. Step 4

You review and submit everything yourself

You stay in full control. We give you the tools — you send and submit your own documents.

Parking paperwork we recognise

No Panic PCN supports parking paperwork from councils, public authorities and private parking operators across England and Wales. If the issuer isn't recognised straight away, upload the paperwork anyway — we can use the details on the notice to identify the appropriate case route.

Our recognition lists currently include 175 public-sector issuer names and 127 private-operator names. This is a recognition list, not an exhaustive or verified coverage guarantee.

We do not advise or represent

No Panic PCN is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We do not act as your solicitor, submit documents for you, contact the operator, council or court for you, or represent you in hearings. We provide plain-English paperwork support — inspired and assisted by a retired solicitor (non-practising) — so you can review, decide and send everything yourself.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and using this site does not create a solicitor–client relationship. Our information covers England and Wales — rules in other parts of the UK may differ.
